Civil War ERUPTS At Fox News! Megyn Kelly VS Hannity

uiyIn a face-off of Sean Hannity and Megyn Kelly, both of Fox News, who do you think would win?

Hold that thought: There might be a real-life answer on the way.

Kelly, who was engaged in a public spat of sorts with Donald Trump during that candidate’s early days on the presidential campaign trail—and who faced criticisms of bias for her questioning of the billionaire businessman over his treatment of women—has now been accused by one of her own cable network colleagues of conduct unbecoming a supposedly professional journalist.

Here’s the story, as picked up by Michelle Jesse, an associate editor for AllenBWest.com: “Kelly is one again under fire – but this time from one of her colleagues at Fox. Sean Hannity went so far as to accuse Kelly of the unthinkable – actually supporting Hillary Clinton.”

The two Fox stars traded barbs on Twitter.

Kelly, upset that Trump didn’t want to do interviews with those who really challenged his views, kind of slammed her fellow Fox-er Hannity, but using him as an example.

“Donald Trump, with all due respect to my friend at 10 o’clock, will go on ‘Hannity’ and pretty much only ‘Hannity’ and will not venture out to the unsafe spaces these days which doesn’t exactly expand the tent for either one of them,” Kelly said, during one of her “Kelly File” broadcasts this week, Politico reported.

Hannity took to Twitter to respond.

He wrote: “@megynkelly u should be mad at @HillaryClinton Clearly you support her. And @realDonaldTrump did talk to u.”

After social media posters suggested in their own tweets that Hannity ought to stand by his Fox colleagues, and not publicly criticize them, he tweeted another response.

“Sure,” Hannity wrote. “When they stand by me.”
