Game Of Thrones Characters To Leave The Show

When actors are playing a character, they want to get the most out of their role and the Game of Throne actors are no different.

While we desperately don’t want another one of our favorite characters to die, the actors who play them wouldn’t mind it all that much. Not only would it be an exciting scene for the character, but they may as well go out with a bang.

On a recent trip to Greece, where they visited refugee camps, Maisie Williams (Arya Stark), Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister) and Liam Cunningham (Davos Seaworth) revealed how they would like the show to end and what fate their characters would meet.

Headey who plays the much hated Cersei Lannister who has now become queen after the death of her last remaining son thinks she will experience a very gruesome death. “I think she meets a huge, great death by Arya,” she said. It’s not a bad guess either considering Arya is now a train assassin thanks to her time with the Many-Faced God. We’ve already seen her kill Walder Frey, so what’s to stop her?

Williams has clearly been enjoying her time alone travelling from place to place, as she hopes it will stay that way. “I’d love for her to be a bit of a lone ranger – kind of like the Hound. I don’t really want her to reunite with her family because I don’t think that they’re the same people anymore, or that she’s the same person anymore. I think she’s better off on her own.”

Liam Cunningham, who plays Ser Davos has completely different ideas for his character, hoping to forgo a horrible death and retire somewhere quite. “I don’t want a knife in the back, I don’t want him blown up with wildfire, I don’t want to be poisoned,” he said. “I think perhaps he would open a little flower shop somewhere […] and settle down with a lot of attractive women from Dorne with lots of Dornish wine.” You can’t really blame him can you?

Whether these characters meet the end that the actors want remains to be seen, but we can’t wait to find out.
