  • 100ml/ 1 cup brewed Lipton green tea, cooled
  • 100g/ 1 fresh medium sized banana
  • 30g/ 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries of your choice
