Victoria Beckham didn’t have the most successful solo career after the break up of the world famous Spice Girls.
Well, with the exception of her 2000’s hit ‘Out Of Your Mind’ with Dane Bowers, which actually sold 180,584 copies in its first week – making it the biggest first week sales for a Solo Spice Girl.
After releasing three singles, the last two not being as successful as the singer or record label hoped, apparently the deal with virgin came to a ‘natural end’, despite reports that she was actually dropped by the label. Who knows?
However, what has recently come to light is that in 2003 Victoria apparently teamed up with Damon Dash of Roc-A-Fell on a hip-hop album called Come Together, sadly the album was never officially released, or maybe that’s a good thing? We haven’t decided just yet.
The now fashion designer would probably like the album left in the past, collecting dust in the archives, but it recently been leaked. The tracks were originally auctioned on eBay, but have now become available online on YouTube and SoundCloud.
The album, consisting of 17 demo tracks, include songs such as ‘So Cold’ and ‘Dat Simple’ and included a collaboration with rap group M.O.P. It’s a far cry from her days as Posh Spice.
While we love Victoria, maybe it’s best she sticks to designing gorgeous clothing instead.
